You Snooze You Lose
So the casita sold in 4 days! Seriously it was listed Tuesday and was pending Friday. I guess someone else thought it was a good deal too, only they hopped on the horn and made it happen. I hope they love her and treat her right, and don't tear down the too small, but matching garage!

Oh casita, how we would have loved to practice our Spanish by the pool in your backyard next to the stucco fence.
Now I really want a 70G house so I can get a pool. Me gustan piscas.
Hahah that should be piscinas. I have pisco sours on the brain, a Peruvian cocktail that the foodie magazines all glommed on to last month.
